							The Mentor Center Provides the Following: The opportunity for senior retired persons, with disabilities, to be trained and serve as mentors. The opportunity for young people to develop work related and interpersonal skills in a summer transition program. A "Call Center" where young people can work and earn wages while being trained for a permanent career. A mechanism in which young people can learn to be mentors to children. A summer computer camp for children with disabilities.  Also contains field trips and other enriching experiences. Training and consultation for other agencies who want to develop a branch of the center. A Mentor Training Manual in large print with an audio CD.
